DESCRIPTION

Glutaraldehyde PL is specially formulated for leather industries and it has showed
excellent results in leather tanning applications. It is odourless, water soluble, free from
formaldehyde and friendly to the environment. The particular feature properties of
Glutaraldehyde-PL include improved dye absorbability and colour, and leather surface. It is a
solution to the common leather tanning problem of turning leather yellow when the traditional
tanning agents are used.

APPLICATIONS

Glutaraldehyde-PL is a liquid intermediate, suitable for leather tanning. It can add into
the tanning process directly without any dilution. It is effectively to increase dye absorbability,
smoothen leather surface, and brighten leather colour. The ideal concentration of chemical
dosages will depend on different types of leather, which have shown in the following table.
